Reservations
Reservations can be made online, in person, or by phone. A credit card is required to hold all appointments.
Cancellations
We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the scheduled service price. In case of an emergency, please call us at +1 (469) 769-6141 to discuss your options.
When to Arrive
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to complete our intake forms and ensure a relaxed start to your service. Arriving late may result in a shortened session while still incurring the full-service fee.
Personal Belongings
We recommend leaving valuables at home, as Thyme Esthetics & Massage is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Gratuity
Our therapists are dedicated to providing exceptional care and appreciate your generosity. Gratuities are not included in the service price. The recommended gratuity is 18%-22%, and envelopes can be provided upon request.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, cash, and Thyme Esthetics & Massage gift cards.

Gift Certificates
Give the gift of relaxation! Thyme Aesthetics & Massage gift certificates can be used toward any service or product (unless otherwise specified) and must be presented at the time of service. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Discounts
Public Service discounts are available with a valid ID. (military, first responders, and teachers).
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless otherwise stated.
Parking
Parking is available near the spa, but we recommend allowing extra time to find a space. Please check posted signs for any restrictions or time limits.
